Our plan brings to you ALL of our marathon experience in our 26+ combined marathons. We want to show you that a FASTER marathon is possible without overloading yourself & with recovery as a priority. It’s a conservative approach with a focus on HIGH quality, marathon specific workouts that will challenge you and get you fit, strong, and ready to run a breakthrough race. Our FAST MARATHON athletes consistently tell us they feel strong throughout the whole marathon & even run the last few miles the fastest.
