FAST FALL and FAST 5K are both 12 week training programs focused on building speed, gaining strength, increasing fitness, and improving form, but the two plans are quite different. Both plans provide a necessary piece of a solid foundation of speed- FAST FALL builds speed from the ground up with a mix of short intervals and FAST 5K builds upon that with a variety of shorter workouts including short intervals, long intervals, and short tempo workouts.
