A 12 week speed training program that will change your running. THIS is where your next PR begins! No matter what race distance is in your future, build a FASTER base to carry you to faster race times!

Nearly all professional runners start with shorter distances, and focus heavily on speed in training, then after years of training like this- transition to the marathon. The same is true for amateur runners- by stepping away from the longer distances & focusing on speed, you will come back to marathon training a DIFFERENT runner. All your longer race paces will be faster and feel more relaxed.

FAST FALL is for you, if:

FAST FALL includes:

• 12 week plan focused on speed training
• 4-5 days / week of running
• 2 speed workouts + a "short" long run each week
• 2 levels within 1 plan
• Low volume, high intensity (about 15-30 miles per week)
• 1 Form Focus every week to help you improve your form & run more efficiently
• Detailed notes explaining workouts & how to execute properly
• 55 page guide including notes on form, effort, mentality, etc.
