A 12 week 5k speed training program. This is for everyone looking to double-down on becoming a faster runner, getting into 5K and 10K PR shape, and setting up huge breakthroughs for longer distances in the future!
Whether the 5K is your end game or you want to eventually transition to longer races, this is such a fun and important distance to train for and master! Your speed at this distance will translate to GAINS in every other distance- control of faster paces is going to make longer race paces faster and more comfortable!
This program is speed focused and a significant step up from FAST FALL. This is perfect for training for a 5k or 10k race, or as a bridge from building speed in FAST FALL to the strength and endurance of FAST MARATHON.
Note: We recommend all athletes START with FAST FALL first. We want to work on building your raw speed & then progress to trying to hold your speed for longer distances.
